What I love most about the Winter Solstice season is the lights. This year I chose to decorate the Buddhas on my balcony with multi color Christmas lights, the ones that live in me since my earliest childhood memories. Lights of joy and fun. I encircled the Buddha and then it rained and we were all blessed. I felt elated, grateful and renewed.
