    The tall one is a Madrone also known as Arbutus or Strawberry tree. The smaller ones are Manzanita (technically a bush) and they are related. There are quite a few Manzanita bushes dancing in the neighborhood next to mine. I love hanging out with them and catching them at different times, in different lights. 🙂
