I love the image….kale? Not so much. Though my neighbor just two days ago said she’d bring me some from her garden. Oh joy. I asked her how to cook it and she said sauted with garlic. Lots of garlic. Maybe I will try. Thanks for stopping by my blog!

Kale does seem to bring up this response in a lot of people, myself included. I love the taste of garlic and unfortunately we don’t get along!
My favorite way of eating kale is raw in a smoothy with spinach, avocado, banana a little cilantro, a big handful of frozen blueberries, maybe some apple, a dash or two of cardamon, a tablespoon of hemp seeds and almond milk. Yummy 🙂

Chuckle…. Ah yes… kale. A taste I am acquiring when I sauté it in olive oil with other veggies, salt, pepper and curry powder
Thank you for your comment and the humor I see in it.
