I am glad to hear your curiosity. I was hoping to elicit curiosity about where the stairs lead to. Like ‘exit’ to where? So… to a concrete floor with endless parking spaces… followed by another one beneath … and another…

Evoking Kafka’s ‘The Trial’ but instead of corridor, endless levels on atop another all exactly the same. The absolute opposite of Escher and yet as mind-moving!

Yes. I like your reference to “The Trial” because that weird sense of going no where while at the same time the illusion of going somewhere was so much of what I wanted to convey…. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, so cool to receive your feedback.
