   Kayaks have a way of being very photogenic, Aarti. Or maybe it’s because they are usually found in photogenic areas! –Curt

     Yes, I think this as well and also wonder if it has something to do with me feeling a sense of quiet and peace when I see them. I get a similar feeling from canoes.
