I just had my first night of almost seven hours of straight sleep! I pray the jet lag is over or almost over at least in the sleep field. How are you doing with it? It was like i suddenly felt the fog lift and i was able to be think clearly. It is such a relief to get an uninterrupted night’s sleep! I have been promising myself grilled fish and french fries for weeks. Important to keep those promises!
