I have no idea what they are. It’s interesting because when I see them I am always reminded of water plants more than desert type plants. No there not roots. They spread out like this and survive in very arid conditions. I have no idea what they are. It’s interesting because when I see them I am always reminded of water plants more than desert type plants.
