January 2017
They’re saying it’s the wettest storm in ten years.
Grateful for home, comfort, shelter and warmth.
Rain is forecast through Thursday.
Then cloudy, sun, and more rain.
Prayers and care going out to all beings
in the mountains, along river banks,
near the coast.
May the earth hold firm,
the trees remain strong as they bend,
and the reservoirs fill back up to the brim!
Pass some of the rain over please!
🙂 Be safe

Thank you for your kind words and I would love to pass some rain on to you! Where do I send it? Rain is still coming down here. I imagine a lot of folks up in the mountains would probably be more than willing to divert some of it to others who need it. I haven’t seen rain like this in years. Such a respite from the drought!
Is this your cloudling bringing reinforcements? 🙂

People often laugh at me when I say ‘it was really WET rain’ but there are differences in precipitation and the wettest storm for years is going to bring some real water out of the sky, I think … bon courage!

This storm is definitely dumping a lot of rain. Glad I don’t live up in the mountains where slides and falling trees are common. Storms in this neck of the woods seem tamer.

I have another blogging friend who has gone north to help friends with horses that have been badly caught out in the storms. I wish you a strong heart and bon courage 🙏🏼
