Yes it does seem that way, as if the photograph freezes the movement of people rushing by and the lights that keep flowing continuously

When I first looked at this I saw a wonderful colourful silken fabric thrown casually in front of me as though a liquid had spilled on the counter top. I would wear this as a sari or sarong and feel like a goddess gliding through the day ….
